		<description><![CDATA[I do believe there is a miss translation between &quot;in&quot; and &quot;at&quot; concerning the &quot;point of sale&quot; location for borrowing and returning the Hangzhou bicycles. The RFID reader is in the docking rack. The card is swiped on the rack to release the bike and must be swiped on the rack again when returned. The time saved that is mentioned vis a vis the European models relates to the bank card verification process that is not necessary in Hangzhou.
