		<description><![CDATA[Lima, Peru also has a pretty effective brt system, at least in areas.  I was sitting in a taxi this summer crawling from downtown to Miraflores while moderately full buses zipped by in dedicated lanes.  We have much to learn from Latin American cities, I think.]]></description>
