I&#039;m with Erik, and reckon that the search for one universal recipe is probably one reason why these cities are having problems in the first place. 

View the city as a constellation of villages, emphasizing the focus on local values and THEN start planning accordingly. That, what Corbett says about future-proofing and Jacob&#039;s wisdom toward building with a human-scale... those particularly speak to this guy.]]></description>
